What we are looking for:
Our customer service team is staffed by people passionate about EVs and experienced with the nuances of public charging. We are looking for EV drivers who can join the team and provide expert customer support. The ideal candidate would
- Have extensive first-hand experience using public EV charging
- Care deeply about making things right for the customer
- Be highly detail oriented, won’t miss even the smallest of issues
- Deliver high customer satisfaction rates
Requirements (must):
- Based in the US, remote ok. Offices in SF Bay Area
- Recent experience with driving an EV
- Have a laptop, an internet connection, and a smartphone
- Be comfortable using tech tools on the laptop and phone: Charging apps, chat support software, google drive, other tech tools needed for troubleshooting user issues
Huge plus if:
- Have prior experience doing customer support
- Drive lots of miles each week - e.g. with Uber/ Lyft
Responsibilities:
- Provide chat support for drivers that use our charging app
- Some interactions might require calling the customer back to troubleshoot
- Dig into an issue to understand what happened
- File any bugs or highlight broken experiences for tech teams to fix
