The role

Partnerships across enterprises, fleets and charging networks are core to Presto’s business and growth as the leading charging platform. You will work closely with several partners as a thought partner and problem solver. This could include highly operational tasks such as diagnosing a single bad charging experience or strategic tasks like expansion into new countries. 

The best person for this role is obsessed with making Presto’s partners successful, is comfortable with analyzing large datasets, and is a project management ninja.

You will be responsible for

Partner success

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for enterprise fleet and network partners, owning everything from onboarding and launches to joint roadmap discussions and day-to-day requests
  • Help partners get more value from Presto: sharing analysis with their internal teams, configuring custom workflows, and solving shared problems from first principles
  • Partner with the BD team to support new partner acquisition and ongoing partner success through business reviews, expansion efforts

Operations & analysis
  • Dig into charging data to drive improvements in fleet driver experiences and charging success rates
  • Track key metrics and turn operational questions into structured analyses that surface actionable insights for partners, product, and leadership

Tooling & AI-powered leverage
  • Use AI tools to operate at a scale that would otherwise require a team: automating repetitive analysis, building lightweight internal tools, and creating self-serve capabilities for the broader function

Qualifications/skills
  • Operator mindset: You've worked as an operator at a high-velocity company in the physical world (think Tesla, Uber, Amazon, DoorDash, not a SaaS company) 
  • Partner instincts: You are driven by partners’ success and build trust with external stakeholders through credibility and follow-through
  • Structured thinking & execution: You can take a complex, multi-stakeholder project like a partner launch, turn it into a clear plan, and see it through
  • Analytical depth: Comfortable pulling, cleaning, and making sense of messy data, whether to share with a partner or to find issues worth fixing on Presto
  • AI fluency: You actively use AI tools as a force multiplier to run analysis, build lightweight tools, and eliminate bottlenecks
  • No ego about the work: Strategic thinking and brass tacks execution live in the same job

Location

Remote with option for hybrid in the Bay Area; Preference for San Francisco Bay Area

Presto provides attractive medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance benefits, 401k savings accounts, and competitive salaries. The salary range for this role for applicants in California is $130,000 - $160,000.
