  • Define and manage the scope, schedule, and resources for technical programs spanning software development, infrastructure deployment and operational initiatives.

  • Streamline and optimize program management processes, toolsets, and communication channels to enhance organizational efficiency and velocity.
  • Maintain clear, frequent, and concise communication on program status, challenges, and accomplishments to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to translate product requirements into technical workstreams and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to manage the backlog, prioritize work, and plan sprints and releases.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, ticket grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to the scrum framework.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a hands-on Scrum Master or Technical PM capacity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong technical background and experience working with engineering or development teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP/Agile certification.
  • Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, charging infrastructure, or other energy-related technology sectors.
  • Experience working with remote teams across different geographies.
